Hannah is a great joy to have around. She is a willing helper and a great babysitter. She has plenty of energy and she can really get us laughing with her creative antics. It is fun to just hang out with her and visit. We sure love Hannah and are so glad she is in our family!

Hannah's Birthday
Hannah officially entered the world of teenhood this month. We celebrated her birthday with a special lunch (instead of the usual dinner, since Derek was leaving for his backpacking trip that afternoon). We enjoyed some ravioli's and Hannah's favorite vegetable--asparagus. We then had some Banana Splits, which were a very fun birthday treat. One of her gifts was her own copy of the Pride and Prejudice DVD (BBC version). She got to spent the whole day watching it.
