Ward Reunion

We experienced a new kind of reunion that was new to us. Our church congregation was celebrating a 50th year reunion. They spent months contacting anyone that had lived in this area for the past 50 years (the name of the ward had changed 4 or 5 times, but covered the same general area). We've only lived here for almost 3 years, so didn't know anyone that far back, but we attended the festivities and had a fun time. There was carnival games for the children and visiting and old pictures to look over for the adults. There was a great dinner followed by a program of music and trivia. Our ward's children's choir also sang which included Mackenzie and Jamie. Our younger girls loved getting their faces painted also, which you'll see in the family picture below.
